The Pizzaiolo was our first oven and is still a fan favorite. While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor.
