Description

Polisept® Vet AL/AG is a modern, sterile direct dressing in the form of flat plates containing calcium alginate enriched with silver ions. Calcium alginate has high absorbent properties, while silver ions add antibacterial properties to the dressing, providing additional protection against infections. In contact with the secretion of the wound, calcium alginate is transformed into a gentle gel that fills the placenta of the wound, creating an ideal environment for regeneration. The gel provides optimal humidity, thermal and mechanical insulation, preventing infections from the outside and at the same time without interfering with gas exchange. Application The Polisept® Vet AL/AG dressing is intended for use on: Shallow and deep wounds, including penetrating, Wounds infected and clean, Wounds with abundant or medium exudute.
