To ensure smooth warranty support and after-sales assistance, please review the following information carefully. 1. Warranty Registration: Upon purchasing a PetSafe product, clients are requested to activate the international warranty by sending an email to: • info@petsafe.net • if possible CC: sales@borgcardona.com.mt The email should include: • Proof of purchase showing: o Date of purchase o Place of purchase o Amount paid • Full postal address • Consent for GDPR purposes (strictly for warranty and service handling, not for marketing purposes) Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place, as it may be requested for warranty verification. 2. In Case of a Fault or Issue: If you experience any issue with your PetSafe product, kindly contact the shop from where the item was purchased. The retailer will coordinate directly with Borg Cardona Ltd for inspection and warranty handling. To help us process your request more efficiently, please provide: • A clear explanation of the issue • Photos of the product and/or affected parts • Videos demonstrating the issue where possible This information helps our technical team identify the issue more quickly. 3. Returning the Product for Inspection: If the product needs to be returned for inspection, kindly ensure that it is: • Returned intact • Not dismantled or tampered with • Complete with all original parts and accessories Products returned with missing parts or signs of tampering may affect the warranty assessment process. 4. Inspection & Resolution Process: Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our technical team. Depending on the outcome of the inspection: • If the product can be repaired, the repair will be carried out and the unit returned to the client. • If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement product may be offered. • If a replacement is not possible, the matter will be handled according to warranty policy and consumer regulations.
